Our skilled nursing is provided by nurses who are responsible for coordinating the plan of care your physician has prescribed which can include monitoring vital signs, giving injections and providing wound care. Accredited Home Healthcare provides varying levels of skilled nursing depending upon the needs of our patients.
Our nurses have been trained in the practice of home health care. Our nurses are certified to dispense medication, monitor vital signs, and evaluate on-going health and medical needs.
Private Duty Nurses provide continuous nursing care in the patient’s home. As a private duty nurse, they are responsible for implementing physician’s orders; daily monitoring of vital signs, oxygen saturation, weight and glucose levels.
Certified Home Health Aides are trained to provide hands-on, personal care providing physical and emotional support to patients in our patient’s homes under the direction of our nurses.
